Job summary

BS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years hands-on experience and 3+ years supervision is required, along with high voltage DC know-how, ladder logic programming and proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3 years supervisory experience required.
• High voltage DC power experience is required.
• Ability to program ladder logic programs; Excel and MS Office skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Consult, coordinate and participate in potential engineering projects, changes to equipment design or operational procedure.
• Oversee and assist with designing, implementing and improving electrical systems, equipment, facilities, components and systems to increase plant performance or safety.
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design, equipment specifications and safety standards.
• Supervise, review and document power distribution system and participate as owner’s representative in related projects.
