Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical mining related discipline with internship experience, including supervisory/lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign, supervise, and review the work of staff for the assigned work unit.
• Implement production plans according to the approved schedule.
• Inspect and evaluate work in progress and direct remedial action as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations on subordinate staff.
• Prepare estimates of staffing, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Maintain an inventory of parts and materials and approve purchases.
