Job summary

Lynn Rodens in Geismar, LA is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation professional for an onsite role improving plant reliability, safety, and operational performance. You will serve as a subject matter expert and own key electrical/instrumentation systems across the plant.

Requirements include 8+ years in industrial E&I, hands-on troubleshooting, RCFA expertise, and a background in leading technical efforts and commissioning activities. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical and instrumentation experience in an industrial manufacturing or processing plant.
• Strong hands-on field or plant experience with troubleshooting and equipment reliability.
• Proven expertise performing root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Experience serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert for plant electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Commissioning experience supporting operational and reliability improvements.
• Passion for continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background is welcomed.
