Job summary

Convergint seeks an Electrical Installer in Fort Worth to join a dynamic team. You will lead installation, programming, start-up, and training on large, complex projects, ensuring quality and safety while meeting client expectations.

You will collaborate with teammates to deliver solutions on time and within budget. A strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, blueprints literacy, and customer-focused attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficient construction skills and understanding of system plans.
• Excellent understanding of blueprints, design drawings including wiring and labeling methods.
• Very familiar with blueprints, schematics, manuals, and specs to determine installation procedures.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installing, programming, system start-up/check-out, certification, and related customer training on Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects.
• Delivers assigned projects within budgeted cost and time schedules with minimal guidance.
• Supervises other Installers.
• Performs other duties as requested or required.
