WSP USA is seeking an Electrical Inspector for the Antioch, CA area to support the Project Management/Construction Management Team. The role involves on-site inspection of electrical installations across industrial, commercial, highway and bridge projects, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will review plans, monitor field activities, verify NEC compliance, and document contractor work. A valid CA driver's license and strong written/verbal communication are essential; experience with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 9 years electrical inspection experience.
• Extensive NEC knowledge.
• Familiar with Caltrans standards and manuals.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to review plans and submittals.

Responsabilités

• Assist Resident Engineer with inspection and documentation of contractor activities.
• Apply knowledge of inspection principles to report and resolve issues.
• Inspect electrical work and related systems (SCADA, PLCs, traffic systems).
• Review plans for constructability and prepare reports.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and safety policies.
• Coordinate site work and respond to field construction issues.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
