Job summary

OLH Inc. is seeking an Electrical I&C Inspector for a 1-year assignment with renewal options in Aiken, SC. The role requires a technical degree and extensive experience in construction inspection, quality control, and supervisory duties on complex projects. US citizenship is required.

The position oversees QC engineers, reviews subcontractor procedures, and ensures compliance with site specifications, standards, and design output documents. Strong communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical discipline with 8-10 years of practical experience in construction inspection or related areas.
• Associate degree with 10-12 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent.
• High school diploma with 12-16 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent.
• Certification in areas of responsibility with ongoing programmatic training per project quality program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct quality control engineers for inspections and surveillance on project work or maintenance.
• Provide QC support to construction management and direct personnel to implement quality requirements and report results.
• Establish priorities supporting construction/operations needs.
• Resolve complex problems by coordinating with internal and external departments.
