Kimley-Horn’s Dallas/Fort Worth, TX office seeks a Senior Electrical I&C Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our Natural Gas team. The role focuses on growing an Instrumentation and Controls practice in Dallas/Fort Worth and expanding client relationships nationwide.

You will help lead and mentor a team, collaborate with Practice Builders, and contribute to power generation and natural gas projects across Texas and beyond. This is a senior, client-facing position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in an Electrical Engineering role.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) License.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Willingness to travel to support site visits and client meetings, as needed.
• Ability to work in a team; mentoring junior staff

Responsabilités

• Grow an Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) practice in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
• Grow client relationships and deliver quality work with efficiency while expanding the team.
• Collaborate with Practice Builders to expand national power generation and natural gas capabilities.
• Introduce Kimley-Horn partners to existing industry relationships.
• Work with marketing to expand brand recognition through conferences and events.
• Learn Kimley-Horn business practices and resources with the integration team.
• Identify project teams through current and future staffing.
