Kimley-Horn's Kansas City office seeks an Electrical I&C Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our Natural Gas team. The role focuses on growing an Instrumentation and Controls practice in Kansas City, MO, while expanding to power generation and natural gas projects across the country.

The candidate will contribute to client development, mentorship of junior staff, and collaboration with Practice Builders to expand capabilities and market presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an Electrical Engineering role.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Help grow an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) practice in Kansas City, MO and nationally.
• Grow client relationships by delivering quality work with efficiency.
• Collaborate with Practice Builders to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Lead project teams and support power generation and natural gas projects nationwide.
