Job summary

Northrop Grumman invites you to join our Space Sector as an Electrical Ground Support Equipment Engineer - Level 3 or Level 4, located in Dulles, VA. This 100% onsite role focuses on developing hardware and software for automated test equipment to validate flight hardware, in collaboration with hardware and software engineers.

The position requires US citizenship, a STEM degree, and proficiency in LabVIEW or C/C++.

Qualifications

• Experience designing test hardware.
• Fundamental understanding of electrical circuit schematics.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW and C/C++ programming for test environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware test equipment (CTE/ATE) for space vehicle components.
• Create and review test plans and certification procedures.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to validate UUT.
• Document wiring diagrams and drawings for test systems.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers in a team environment.
