InPwr Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent (Industrial & Wastewater) to lead field operations across industrial and water/wastewater projects.

The position oversees crews, schedules, and budgets, ensuring safety and compliance while driving projects to completion. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in industrial facilities, water/wastewater treatment, pump stations, and process controls, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in electrical leadership roles on industrial projects.
• Experience in industrial electrical construction or water/wastewater facilities.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, P&IDs and control drawings.
• Strong leadership, safety focus, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Foremen, Journeyman Electricians, Apprentices on industrial and water projects.
• Coordinate field activities to meet schedule safely and efficiently.
• Oversee installation of electrical systems in treatment plants and facilities.
• Ensure NEC compliance, codes, OSHA standards, and safety policies.
• Mentor field personnel and manage staffing, equipment, and material coordination.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, PMs, and inspectors.
