Job summary

SECCO Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and execute electrical projects from start to finish. You will ensure on-time, on-budget performance and high-quality work on varied job sites in the region.

The role requires a City of Harrisburg Master Electrician License within 120 days and five years of field experience, along with a PA driver’s license, drug screening, and clean background checks. Strong leadership and coordination with teams and clients are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations including manpower allocation and scheduling.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and material vendors to meet schedules.
• Issue change orders and obtain written client approvals for additional work.
• Track costs and monitor budget adherence, reporting variances to PM.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain organized job sites.
• Maintain daily field reports and project documentation.
