The role requires 8+ years in commercial/industrial electrical work, leadership of a team of electricians, MV experience (>1kV), NEC knowledge, OSHA 30, and the ability to read drawings and manage job-site logistics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Experience leading a team of electricians.
• Experience with medium voltage (>1 kV).
• Strong knowledge of NEC and OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Lead a team of electricians and assign daily tasks.
• Coordinate materials and site logistics to ensure timely completion.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and electrical codes.
• Track manpower and project budgets.
• Communicate updates with the office and other trades.
• Deliver as-built and closeout documentation.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA 30 compliance.
