Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to plan, coordinate, and supervise commercial electrical installations in retail and commercial projects in California.

This Working Foreman will lead journeymen and apprentices, ensure NEC compliance and safety, meet productivity goals, and collaborate with project managers. A California Journeyman certification is preferred but not required. Nights or travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Six or more years as a commercial electrical journeyman with two years foreman experience.
• Experience preferably from retail construction projects.
• Strong ability to lead journeymen and apprentices on site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise commercial electrical installations.
• Lead journeymen and apprentices, ensuring NEC standards and safety.
• Communicate progress with project managers and safety teams.
• Interpret blueprints and supervise toolbox talks and training.
