Job summary

Jobot is hiring an Electrical Foreman in Columbus, OH to lead field crews on major commercial and multifamily projects. You will oversee electrical installation, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and applicable codes while maintaining schedules and strong safety practices.

Required: Journeyman or Master Electrician license and experience leading 5+ electricians on large projects.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required.
• Experience leading electrical crews of 5+ employees.
• Experience with large-scale electrical construction (commercial, multifamily, data center, healthcare) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical crews of 5+ field employees.
• Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, materials, and production.
• Ensure installations meet drawings, specs, and codes.
• Maintain project schedules and productivity.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Monitor workmanship and quality; emphasize site safety.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving.
• Mentor and develop electricians and field personnel.
