Job summary

Loenbro seeks a Foreman for our Nebraska on-site operations to lead electrical teams on mission-critical projects. The role requires overseeing installations, safety compliance, and coordinating across crews at data-center style facilities.

The candidate should bring 10+ years of electrical trade experience, including 4+ years in leadership, and demonstrate strong OSHA/ NFPA/ NCCER certifications. Travel to project sites may be required and a robust benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade, with at least 4 years leading mission critical projects.
• Industrial electrical experience required.
• Strong safety compliance and OSHA standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Test electrical systems and oversee safety.
• Document actions, results, observations and final diagnosis.
• Troubleshoot using testing devices, blueprints, and maps.
• Maintain a safe work environment per guidelines and OSHA.
• Use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts for electrical work.
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Be able to bend 1/2 in to 4 in conduit.
• Use required tools and equipment for each task.
