Job summary

HireAligned, Inc. client is seeking a Senior Electrical Foreman in Lititz, PA to lead installation, repair, and maintenance of motors, transformers, generators, lighting, circuits, and wiring to code.

You will supervise apprentices, study plans, troubleshoot high-voltage systems, and ensure safe, efficient project execution. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years as an electrician, Journeyman license preferred, high school diploma with trade school classes preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical codes and high/low voltage systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Journeyman license or equivalent preferred; trade school education valued.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain motors, transformers, generators, lighting, circuits, and wiring to code.
• Troubleshoot and repair emergency generators, power distribution, and high-voltage systems.
• Study plans and drawings to set work sequence; determine material type and cost.
• Train and supervise apprentices.
