Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead on various commercial projects. The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling with the GC, and mentoring junior electricians, while ensuring safety and quality on-site.

The ideal candidate brings 10 years in the trade with at least 3 years as a foreman, excellent teamwork, and a strong craftsman’s pride.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews of 2–10 workers on commercial projects.
• Seasoned electricians ready to step into foreman roles are welcome.
• Ideally ~10 years in the trade, with at least 3 years in a foreman role.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No DUIs or license suspensions in the last 10 years; no more than 2 tickets in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the electrical team on-site to ensure safe, quality work.
• Plan milestones, schedule with the GC and other trades.
• Balance hands-on work with directing foreman duties based on project size.
• Oversee installation of electrical systems per schematics and specs.
• Mentor and train junior electricians and helpers on best practices.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with project managers.
• Conduct quality control inspections to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and issues encountered.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, lighting and lighting control systems, power distribution, construction management, and team supervision.
