Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an Electrical Foreman / Lead Electrician for Erie, PA to lead residential and commercial service work in the local area. This hands-on leadership role requires a Journeyman license, strong service experience, and the ability to troubleshoot while delivering professional, code-compliant results.

The ideal candidate will provide direction to apprentices, communicate clearly with customers, and uphold safety standards on every job.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license/card required, or ability to obtain one within an established timeframe.
• Strong residential and/or commercial electrical service experience.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safe work practices.
• Ability to perform clean, professional, code-compliant electrical work.
• Previous lead or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely perform physical electrical field work and lift materials as required.
• Must be comfortable working in a smoke-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial electrical service work

Location: Erie, PA
Pay: $34–$48/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Job Type:Direct Hire Full-Time
Travel: Local travel only, no overnight travel

Superior Skilled Trades is partnered with a well-established electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman / Lead Electrician to join their team in Erie, PA.

This is a hands-on leadership position supporting residential and commercial electrical service work throughout Erie and the surrounding areas.
