Job summary

Prism Electric is seeking a Technical Superintendent for System Reliability Services in Garland, TX. You will lead field personnel, guide Level I–IV technicians across service lines, and promote a high-performance safety culture on complex power projects.

Coordinate manpower, assist Project Managers with planning, and act as the technical authority for troubleshooting, testing, and arc-flash studies. Requires 10–15 years’ electrical testing exp and a valid trade license.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of electrical testing and power systems experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership, supervisory, or crew management.
• Strong knowledge of low, medium, and high-voltage distribution systems.
• Experience with switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, relays, motors, ATS, UPS, and PDU.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; NFPA 70E familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable field personnel and technician crews.
• Provide leadership to Level I–IV technicians across multiple service lines.
• Plan resourcing, schedule manpower, and coordinate project execution.
• Review field service reports for quality and safety compliance.
• Serve as technical authority on troubleshooting, testing, and power systems analysis.
