Prism Electric, a leading open-shop electrical contractor serving Texas and Oklahoma, is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on diverse projects. You will oversee site activities, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites on electrical projects.
• Ability to plan and schedule work and allocate manpower.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations on construction sites.
• Monitor short-term schedule and staffing.
• Review hiring needs and coordinate with PM.
• Ensure quality control and coordination with trades.
• Train and evaluate field staff.
• Prepare construction schedules with Project Manager.
• Maintain daily reports, time sheets, safety records.
• Oversee QA/QC programs.
• Coordinate material expediting with Purchasing.
• Ensure installations meet codes.
