Job summary

Prism Electric seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead electrical construction projects across Texas and Oklahoma. You will supervise field crews, enforce safety plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with project teams to keep schedules on track.

Ideal candidates bring a Journeyman’s or Master’s license, strong Excel/Word skills, and experience with estimating processes. Expect travel to various project sites and a pivotal role in delivering complex developments on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman’s or Master’s License in Texas or Oklahoma.
• Experience with the estimating process for electrical projects.
• Must be safety oriented and able to supervise on-site teams.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Word; familiarity with Accubid is a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Examine plans and provide technical guidance on electrical installations within time and budget.
• Develop plans to install wiring and equipment as required by the project.
• Assist in budgets and support field personnel in implementing the plan.
• Ensure safety measures and regulations are followed; prioritize worker safety.
• Monitor progress, coordinate with project superintendents, and deliver reports.
• Schedule manpower and oversee projects through onsite supervision.
• Set up cost codes at project start and review weekly with superintendents.
• Meet with owners/general contractors to build relationships and report progress.
• Assist with QA/QC documents and verify project completion percentages.
