Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise activities of electrical workers.
• Maintain project schedules for timely completion.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards and codes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address issues.
• Identify and resolve project-related conflicts or delays.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit progress and outcome reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
