Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and field-operations experience on active construction sites.
• Experience serving as electrical technical authority to field operations or maintenance.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E and NEC installation standards.
• Ability to read, interpret, and redline construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction oversight of electrical and mechanical contractors, ensuring quality and conformance to documents.
• Serve as senior electrical leader for Atlas Field Operations, providing technical authority and day-to-day guidance.
• Lead commissioning, testing, and startup activities for generation and power distribution equipment.
• Oversee installation of electrical systems and associated piping interfaces with engines and power plants.
• Develop field procedures, job aids, and troubleshooting guides to raise field capability.
• Mentor field personnel on installation standards, safety practices, and troubleshooting methods.
• Coordinate with contractors, EPC partners, and utilities on interconnection activities.
