You will oversee Operations Managers and Supervisors, driving performance and alignment with client requirements and company standards.

The role requires 8+ years in field service leadership, strong safety and financial acumen, and a track record of managing large teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in field service operations with leadership of teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, NETA guidelines, and OSHA/NFPA 70E compliance.
• Proven track record overseeing complex field projects and large teams.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and project cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee field service operations within the assigned region.
• Direct Operations Managers, Schedulers, and Coordinators to meet client, financial, and operational goals.
• Drive regional growth opportunities and monitor client satisfaction.
• Own region P&L and drive EBITDA improvements through cost savings and utilization.
