Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Senior Electrical Field Service Representative to join our teams in Kennewick, WA and Boise, ID. The role offers a guaranteed 40-hour base pay, a company vehicle, and up to 50% travel across WA, ID, MT, WY, and OR with relocation assistance available.

The position involves supporting customers through startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and emergencies, leading small projects, and mentoring technicians while delivering accurate service reports and

Qualifications

Experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems.
US work authorization now or in the future and a valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain/maintain a TWIC card if required.
Relocation assistance available is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support customers across the power system lifecycle including startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and emergencies.
Lead small projects and guide field service teams on larger initiatives.
Generate timely service reports on work, performance, and warranties.
Provide recommendations to improve electrical systems.
Build strong customer relationships and mentor junior technicians.
Utilize digital tools for remote work and collaboration.
