Job summary

Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division seeks Senior Electrical Field Service Representatives to join our teams in Kennewick, WA and Boise, ID. The role offers a company vehicle and guaranteed 40-hour paid week, plus 50% travel across WA/ID/MT/WY/OR; relocation assistance available.

You’ll support the power system lifecycle, manage projects, mentor technicians, and use digital tools for remote work. Travel and compliance with safety programs are required, with potential DOT qualification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning support, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergencies.
• Manage small projects independently and lead FSR teams on larger projects.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
• Provide recommendations for improved electrical systems.
• Mentor less experienced technicians.
