Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division seeks Senior Electrical Field Service Representatives to join teams in Kennewick, WA and Boise, ID. The role offers a company vehicle and a guaranteed 40-hour paid week, with travel about 50% across WA, ID, MT, WY, and OR.

Relocation assistance is available. You will support customers across the power system lifecycle, manage small projects, lead FSR teams, generate service reports, mentor technicians, and use digital tools for remote work.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems; or 7+ years with trade school completion.
• Experience testing and servicing electrical distribution and control systems.
• US work authorization without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, emergencies.
