What You’ll Do:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical and/or mechanical projects
• Lead estimates for conceptual, design-build, and competitive bid projects
• Work independently and as part of a team to review drawings, scope, and specifications
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Use tools like Accubid and Excel to produce polished estimates
• Mentor junior estimators and support continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–25+ years of estimating experience in industrial construction
• Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical drawings and scopes
• Background in heavy industry, automotive, or data centers
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Team player with strong organizational and communication skills
