Job Overview - Senior Estimator (Electrical):
Join our client in Chester County, PA, as a Senior Estimator in the electrical field. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing bids, and overseeing contract negotiations for commercial electrical projects.

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000/year
Location: Chester County, PA

Responsibilities as the Senior Estimator:

1. Estimate Preparation: Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and complete project estimates.
2. Bid Management: Review project documents, specifications, and drawings to determine scope.
3. Collaboration: Participate in pre-construction interviews and scope reviews with clients.
4. Project Negotiation: Prepare bid proposals and assist in successful contract negotiations.
5. Document Management: Oversee submittals, change orders, RFIs, and communication with GCs.

Qualifications for the Senior Estimator:

1. Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management required.
2. Experience: 15-20 years of experience estimating commercial electrical projects.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in McCormick electrical bidding software, Microsoft Office Suite, and PDF viewers.
