Job summary

Titan Electric, a leading national electrical contractor, is seeking a Chief Electrical Estimator. Duluth-based with a hybrid schedule, you will oversee the estimating team, review bids from prelim drawings to final proposals, and ensure accurate cost estimates for commercial, industrial, and mission‑critical projects.

You will mentor estimators, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and develop strategies to stay competitive while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical estimating with leadership experience.
• Strong NEC/NFPA knowledge and industry standards.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software and reading electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full estimating process for complex electrical projects.
• Evaluate drawings, specs, and scope to build accurate estimates.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and preconstruction teams to align estimates.
• Mentor estimators and grow technical expertise within the team.
• Build relationships with vendors for best pricing and insight.
