Job summary

Titan Electric seeks a Director of Preconstruction to lead estimating and preconstruction across commercial and large electrical projects. You will shape what work to pursue, how to pursue it, and how to position Titan to win while guiding a growing team of estimators.

You will own bid strategy, drive profitability, and partner with operations to ensure accurate, defensible estimates that align with execution realities. This is a high-impact, leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical construction estimating, preconstruction, or PM.
• Proven experience leading large commercial electrical bids.
• Experience managing estimating or preconstruction teams.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, methods, and delivery models.
• Strong understanding of labor budgets, schedules, and risk analysis.
• Ability to lead high‑level client conversations and decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Preconstruction Team and develop talent.
• Own bid strategy and pursuit decisions for diverse project types.
• Drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
• Oversee budgeting, GMP development, and final bid submissions.
• Partner with operations to align estimates with execution.
• Lead turnover meetings and capture lessons learned.
• Improve estimating accuracy and consistency across regions.
