Job summary

Titan Electric Companies is seeking a Chief Electrical Estimator to lead the estimating team and set the foundation for winning projects. You will price complex electrical bids, collaborate with PMs, engineers, and preconstruction teams, and mentor estimators to grow technical expertise.

You will build strong vendor relationships to secure the best pricing and insights, influence project selection, and ensure estimates align with project execution strategies while contributing to Titan’s growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical estimating, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and industry standards.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid, Trimble, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, and specifications.
• Leadership skills that inspire collaboration and growth.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7-10 years working with electrical systems in commercial or mission-critical construction.
• Deep knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70/70E, IEEE, and NETA standards.
• Experience managing QAQC across Levels 1-3 on electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full estimating process for complex electrical projects—from bid review through final proposal.
• Evaluate drawings, specifications, and scope to build complete, accurate cost estimates.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and preconstruction teams to align estimates with execution strategies.
• Mentor and coach estimators, helping them grow technical expertise and confidence.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, ensuring best pricing and insights.
• Contribute to strategy: deciding which projects to pursue, stay competitive, and where to innovate.
