Job summary

The Cumming Group seeks a Senior Cost Manager to join our Boise, ID team on a large-scale semiconductor project. You will lead estimating, change management, risk assessment, and client relations to ensure project success.

You will mentor estimators, develop project plans, deliver bid analyses, and support post-contract cost control, leveraging your strong background in cost management and construction technology.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years in Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying with professional accreditation preferred.
• On-site validation of install work and remeasurement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform workload and team management including QA/QC, fee proposals and task tracking.
• Reconcile invoices and change orders with GC, subs, and third parties.
• Conduct Value Analysis and develop client relationships for satisfaction.
• Mentor estimators and prepare project plans.
• Provide bid analyses and support post-contract cost control.
• Participate in risk and value management evaluations and industry events.
