Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator who can work fully remotely or from a local office. The role supports preconstruction and project teams with estimates, bid reviews, cost analyses, and vendor coordination, while mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years electrical estimating experience, proficiency with Accubid, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Travel is occasional. Benefits and a comprehensive package are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of electrical construction experience in estimating, code requirements, and design/build estimating.
• Experience using Accubid or similar estimating software.
• Skills to read, interpret and understand electrical contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical abilities.
• Leadership, mentoring, and project-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead bid development, prepare estimates, and review documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Conduct cost value analysis and bid reviews.
• Mentor junior estimators and support project management.
• Stay current with electrical codes and industry practices.
• Attend estimate review meetings and assist procurement.
