Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages estimating functions including budgets, staffing, and work assignments.
• Implements estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Assists project managers in negotiating POs, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Supervises preparation of market cost studies and materials methods.
• Reviews final estimates and proposal packages for accuracy.
