Qualifications

• Ability to lead proposals from development to submission.
• Familiarity with estimating software and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete quantity take-offs, pricing, labor and equipment estimates for bids.
• Review plans and bid documents to define scope and requirements.
• Lead complex estimating efforts and transition to operations.
• Mentor estimators and coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain estimating records and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage proposals from initial development through final submission.
