Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the construction industry with extensive electrical estimating experience.
• Significant experience estimating large, complex, and/or high-risk projects.
• Proven experience managing and leading an estimating team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complete quantity take-offs for complex projects.
• Prepare and approve proposal deliverables including bid forms and schedules.
• Serve as primary estimating contact for leadership and clients.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve estimating processes.
• Mentor and develop a team of estimators.
