Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Senior Estimator to lead complex cost estimating and preconstruction for large‑scale electrical construction projects, including hyperscale data centers and healthcare facilities. You will guide pricing strategies, risk assessments, and bid pursuit planning while collaborating with operations, engineering, BIM/VDC, procurement, and business development.

You will mentor Estimator I/II staff, support Go/No-Go decisions, and drive value engineering and market pricing

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of progressive electrical estimating experience in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Experience leading complex electrical estimates and major bid pursuits.
• Strong background in design‑build, negotiated, conceptual, and hard bid delivery methods.
• Experience preparing labor forecasts, conceptual budgets, GMP proposals, value engineering.
• Ability to mentor junior estimators and support department development.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed cost estimates for large-scale electrical projects (commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission critical).
• Analyze bid documents, specs, drawings, schedules, and phasing to define scope and risks.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and indirect cost estimates.
• Lead quantity takeoffs, labor productivity analysis, constructability reviews, and installation planning.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor solicitations, bids, and pricing evaluations.
• Mentor Estimator I/II and support estimating department processes.
