Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Senior Commercial Electrical Estimator to lead the estimating process for large-scale electrical construction projects. You will develop competitive, comprehensive proposal packages and work with cross-functional teams across estimating, preconstruction, and operations to ensure accurate turnover.

You will lead bid efforts, perform quantity takeoffs, review drawings and specifications, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial electrical construction estimating experience, including complex estimates.
• Experience with estimating software and coordinating with teams to develop proposals.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to track estimates and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimates for commercial electrical construction projects up to $100MM.
• Develop detailed electrical estimates (materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors).
• Prepare complete proposal packages with pricing, exclusions, and submittals.
• Review drawings, specs, and contract documents to define scope.
• Mentor junior estimators and improve estimating processes.
