Rosendin Electric is seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare bid/submittal documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. You will lead project estimates, coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and customers to produce competitive bids.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, identifying value engineering opportunities, developing labor productivity estimates, and ensuring timely, well-documented submissions. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Perform arithmetic calculations for estimating.
• Estimate all types of projects and coordinate group effort.

Responsabilités

• Prepare bid and cost estimates from takeoffs and specs.
• Lead assigned bids and mentor estimating staff.
• Solicit quotes from suppliers/subcontractors and review for conformance.
• Maintain documentation andRosendin estimating program files.
• Explain scope and pricing to project teams at turnover.
