Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of electrical estimating experience on commercial projects over $1M.
• Proven leadership within an estimating team and ability to mentor others.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, plans, and industry terminology.
• Proficiency with estimating software; Connest experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical estimating process to ensure accuracy and timely bids.
• Develop conceptual estimates for early-stage client guidance.
• Evaluate changes in scope and price for value engineering opportunities.
• Oversee bids and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams during bidding.
