Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to lead cost estimation for data center and related complex projects. You will analyze ITB documents, perform digital take-offs, and develop detailed BOEs to support competitive bids.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in electrical estimating, direct data center project exposure, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, and ConEst. This role offers remote work for the majority of hours with some in-person collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.
• Direct experience with data center projects is required.
• Proficiency with estimating software and digital take-off tools.
• Ability to develop detailed BOEs and manage multiple estimates under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ITB documents to determine electrical requirements for data center projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs using Bluebeam, Accubid, LiveCount.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors.
• Develop basis of estimate documentation with clear assumptions.
• Collaborate with pre-construction and operations teams on value engineering.
• Participate in pre-bid and post-bid meetings with clients and contractors.
• Maintain knowledge of codes, pricing, and labor rates.
• Manage multiple estimates with strict deadlines.
