IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a national provider of electrical contracting solutions, seeks a Senior Electrical Construction Estimator-Data Center in Lithia Springs, GA.

You will lead estimates for large-scale electrical projects, coordinate a multi-disciplinary estimating team, and develop new customer opportunities. The role emphasizes data center project experience, Accubid proficiency, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of estimating or cost control in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
• Data Center and Accubid experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares cost estimates for electrical construction projects from $20M-$100M using plans and specs.
• Writes proposals capturing scope and costs for assigned projects.
• Leads the Proposal Review Process before release to customers.
• Acts as front-line contact in estimating efforts and developing new customers.
• Leads estimators and preconstruction team in estimates and proposals.
• Coordinates total estimating effort for bids and projects.
