Qualifications

• 8+ years of estimating or cost control experience in electrical construction.
• Experience with Data Center projects and Accubid.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and project management/estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for electrical construction projects from $20M-$100M.
• Write proposals capturing scope and costs.
• Lead the Proposal Review Process.
• Coordinate estimating effort across bids/projects.
• Mentor estimators and preconstruction team.
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost competitiveness.
• Travel to project sites as required.
