Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC., in the Orange County market, seeks a Senior Electrical Estimator to support complex commercial and multifamily projects in Brea, CA.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams, and prepare competitive, accurate estimates for high-profile electrical construction initiatives. 7+ years of experience and proficiency with Accubid/ConEst is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical estimating experience in commercial and/or multifamily construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and estimating best practices.
• Experience preparing estimates for projects ranging from several million dollars to large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as Accubid, ConEst, McCormick, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate estimates for commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements to develop competitive proposals.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Develop conceptual budgets, design-build estimates, and value engineering recommendations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Preconstruction, and Operations teams during bid development and project handoff.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, scope reviews, and client presentations as needed.
• Identify project risks, opportunities, and cost‑saving strategies.
• Maintain estimating databases, historical cost information, and bid documentation.
• Support business development efforts by helping secure new projects and maintain strong client relationships.
