Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 7-10 years experience as an Electrical Estimator on complex projects.
• Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the estimating process for complex electrical projects, including takeoffs, pricing, and bid prep.
• Evaluate scope, risks, and opportunities to balance customer expectations and profitability.
• Collaborate with operations, vendors, and subcontractors to develop bid strategies and pricing.
• Recommend alternative materials and methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Present estimates and risks to leadership to support bid decisions.
• Mentor junior estimators and improve estimating processes and tools.
