Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and cost codes for projects; assist in designing and writing scope of work and management plans.
• Gather data and assist in preparing bid proposal estimates and design/build proposals.
• Develop and present clear project scopes to customers and meet with potential clients.
• Run day-to-day operations of a project or sub-section; track schedules using CPM.
• Price, track and manage change orders and analyze cost savings opportunities.
