Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and cost codes for projects and assist in proposals.
• Prepare bid estimates and design/build proposals.
• Present clear project scopes to customers and meet with potential clients.
• Run day-to-day project operations and manage schedules and resources.
• Price, track, and manage change orders and ensure compliance.
