Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group seeks a Sr. Manager, Electrical Engineering to lead a professional team on capital projects for manufacturing clients. You will deliver power distribution and electrical design packages and guide engineers through all project phases, from concept to construction.

The role requires a 15+ year track record in facilities electrical design, PE license, and strong client relationship skills. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of facilities electrical design experience.
• Professional engineer license required (PE).
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver power distribution and other facilities electrical design packages for manufacturing clients.
• Lead a team of engineers and designers in development of electrical design documents across all project phases.
• Develop strong regional relationships to support the Architecture/Engineering Process Practice vision.
• Own client development, project profiles, and leadership for strategic project implementation.
