• Defines and advances electrical engineering strategy, capability development, and methods.
• Recruits, coaches, and evaluates team members; provides ongoing feedback and career growth.
• Owns resource planning, prioritization, and staffing across programs and initiatives.
• Partners with program managers to align commitments and manage technical risk.
• Ensures robust designs and design transfer with clear documentation and verification.
